Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Goldilocks. She had golden hair.
One day, Goldilocks was walking in the forest. She saw a house and knocked on the door. She went inside. Nobody was there. Goldilocks saw three bowls on the table. She was hungry. She tasted the porridge from the first bowl.
“This porridge is too hot!" she exclaimed. So, she tasted the porridge from the second bowl.
"This porridge is too cold," she said
So, she tasted the last bowl of porridge. "Ahhh, this porridge is just right," she said happily and she ate it all up.

Goldilocks was tired now. She sat in the first chair to rest her feet.
"This chair is too big!" she exclaimed.
So she sat in the second chair.
"This chair is too big, too!"  she whined.
So she tried the last and smallest chair.
"Ahhh, this chair is just right," she sighed.  But just as she settled down into the chair to rest, it broke into pieces!

Goldilocks was very tired. She went upstairs. She lay down in the first bed, “This bed is too hard!” Then, she lay in the second bed, “This bed is too soft!” Then, she lay down in the third bed, “This bed is too hard!” Goldilocks fell asleep.

Soon, the bears came home.
"Someone's been eating my porridge!" said Daddy Bear.
"Someone's been eating my porridge!" said Mummy Bear.
"Someone's been eating my porridge – and it’s all gone!" said Baby Bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair!" said Daddy Bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair!" said Mummy Bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair – and it’s broken" said Baby Bear.

They decided to look around some more and when they got upstairs to the bedroom
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed!" said Daddy Bear.
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed!" said Mummy Bear.
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed - and she's still there!" said Baby bear.
Goldilocks woke up and saw the three bears. “Help!” She ran downstairs and into the forest. She never came back again.

  1. strength:
    - it is a nice blog, you provide a good narrative text.
    - the using of the video and pictures make students understand easily.

    weakness:
    - i think it will be better if you insert your video, not link.

    suggestions:

later, i think you may continue your text with better text, take more different text because goldilocks is too general story.

  2. strength:
    - it's a good blog, the material which is presented is clear enough
    - you use simple language, make the students easy to follow the lesson

    weakness:
    - I think the template is too simple, not interesting enough for students of Junior High School
    - have you ever tried to do your second exercise? I actually rather confuse in doing it. I think it's better if you give more explanations or instructions in how the students should do to do the exercise. Especially, how the procedure in matching the options is. Explain it more clearly, please. :)

    suggestions:
    - I think it's better for you to provide explanation about the terminologies used in the text. The terminologies will be much helpful to help students understand the difficult words in the text. Therefore, they can read and study the text easily. Overall, it is a nice blog.
